THYOSIL IM76 is a DMEA (Dimethyilaminoethanol) neutralized resin solution.

THYOSIL IM76 was specially developed for producing high resistance waterborne industrial enamels when it is formulated with monomeric melamine resins.

THYOSIL IM76 plus Melanine resin leads to industrial baking enamels that feature outstanding spray characteristics and film properties.

Application 應用

Enamels based on THYOSIL IM76 solutions may be easily sprayed. They atomize finely and without sagging.

The enamels formulated on base of THYOSIL IM76, show similar properties to those obtained with solvent-borne systems and match or surpass those of other water reducible coatings made with high levels of co-solvents.

Additionally, enamels made with THYOSIL IM76 solutions, exhibit less sensitivity to variations in the environment conditions (temperature/relative humidity).
